Corporate Forms on Disk 

When big decisions are made by a company's stock holders or board members, a company must record these decisions in its minutes. Also, as a separate entity, almost every action of your corporation requires a statement from the corporation (bylaws and/or resolutions) giving it permission to conduct each action. At the same time, this documentation must be done consistently and in a timely fashion to ensure the corporation maintains an active status (See Three Simple Steps to an "Active" Corporate Status). If these actions aren't taken, your corporation can be put into jeopardy! This could cost you your company and even your personal assets!

This is why we created the Corporate Forms on Disk. In it, we’ve included some of the most important forms (over 50 forms) on a 3.5" floppy disk). Just fill in the blanks and print!

Federal Tax ID Filing (EIN) 

After forming your corporation or LLC, you will need to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN). This is like your company's Social Security number. Your bank will require an EIN to open an account for your business. You will also need this if you hire any employees.

Shortly after receiving your paid request, we will prepare and fax or email the required form(s) to you for signing along with simple instructions on how to obtain your EIN immediately (using the IRS's phone service) or within 2 to 5 days (using their fax back service).

Foreign Corporation Authorization

If you incorporate or form a LLC in one state and you wish to do business in one or more other states, you will need to file a request to be authorized to do business in each state. With out authority, your company may be subject to fines or possibly lose access to that state’s courts. Most states charge a filing fee for this Certificate of Authority. We will prepare all necessary documentation to submit your request to the state plus instructions on how to submit your request. You simply sign, write a check (to the state) to cover the fees and submit.

Registered Agent Services 

The Registered or Statutory Agent of a corporation or LLC is the person or company who receives service of process or official state, federal or other company mail. Most states require a company have a registered agent with a physical address in that state. Some companies just prefer the anonymity that a Registered Agent provides. Additionally, it is less expensive to have ZHTECH as a registered agent than opening an office or even renting a post office box in that state. ZHTECH’s fees are less than most other competitors too! Plus, we do NOT charge you if you wish to act as your own registered agent like most competitor incorporators do!

Subchapter S Filing to IRS 

Many companies have found some incredible tax benefits by becoming a S Corp! However, you must request this "election" quickly after your corporation is filed or you will be taxed as a C Corporations and won’t be able to file until the next fiscal tax year.

We make becoming a S Corp. easy!  ZHTECH will prepare the required IRS form and mail it to you, completed, with instructions for signature and mailing. You just sign and send. IRS will then tell you if your "S election" has been accepted.
