your freight quickly and reliably to meet your needs. Your
choice of Next Day
or 2-Day
service provides you with cost-effective flexibility.
Airex offers a savings over direct airline rates, and
offers the added security of containerized shipping. Your
pieces will be loaded carefully and securely inside the
container for added protection.
Next A.M. freight to Canada arrives at 6:05 a.m.daily and
Next Day freight arrives at 3:30 p.m. Documents are prepared
in priority arrival and delivered to the brokers immediately
upon cargo arrival. After hours clearances are available upon
request.

Expedited Surface Transportation -
Take advantage of Airex's premium
door-to-door expedited truck service for
inbound and outbound shipments. We can move your freight
quickly and reliably to meet your needs. Expedited and
economy surface transportation is available across the U.S.
and Canada.
Truck freight departs Tuesday and Friday evenings.
Freight is sent origin to destination, with no hub
network.
Freight can clear customs at the U.S./Canadian border or
at the Airex facilities before delivery at consignees' door.

Pickup and Delivery
Full pickup and delivery
services are available. Airex Customer
Service Agents are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to
assist you.
Airex Customer Service Agents will be requesting the
following information:
- Company name and address
- Name of person who is calling and the telephone
number
- Pieces, weights, and dimensions
- Purchase Order number or other reference number
- Destination and consignee
- U.S. dollar value of shipment
- Time the shipment will be ready and the time the
shipper closes (2-hour window needed)
*If the shipper is new to
Airex we can consult them about the documentation that
will be accompanying the freight. (See documentation.)

We pick up freight from your various suppliers and
assemble them on one bill. Your assemblies can be mixed and

16,000 square foot secured indoor storage warehouse
facility which is a secured Canadian Customs bonded area.
Full service warehousing includes computerized reporting,

and palletization with stretchwrap and security sealing tape.

Pick, Pack, and Shipping
Services
Stock a portion of your products in our warehouse, advise
us when you get an order and Airex will ship it out that day.
Quicker turnaround from order taking and delivery to your
customers' door means satisfied customers and increased

Brokerage and Customs Clearance
Airex has close relationships with both U.S. and Canadian
Brokers. Airex will work with you to find the most effective
way to clear your freight and will recommend a broker, if
needed, to assist you with all your brokerage needs.
We are a Canadian and U.S. Customs bonded carrier. Because
we are a Canadian company we have the experience with customs
requirements to expedite your paperwork through the clearance
process.
Once you shipment leaves our dock, we are in contact with
customs to provide shipping details to begin the clearance
process. When the shipment arrives at its destination
country, customs procedures may already be completed,
allowing us to deliver your shipment to your consignee
immediately upon arrival, decreasing your transit time
considerably.
Being located directly on the airport calls for the
shortest time between ramp and warehouse, which ultimately
reduces the recovery time of freight. With this faster
recovery of freight, we are able to release your freight
quicker and will have it out to distribution sooner.
Airex participates with Canadian
Customs brokers in the ACROSS (Accelerated Commercial Release
Operations Support System) Program. The ACROSS Program allows
Customs brokers to transmit the release and invoice data to
Revenue Canada in an electronic format using EDI (Electronic
Data Interchange).
To transmit the data through the ACROSS Program, PARS (Pre-Arrival Review System) is used.
Under PARS, documents are electronically submitted to the
Customs office for clearance. PARS allows Canadian Customs
officials the opportunity to review the shipment documents
prior to arrival in Canada. Based on a number of criteria,
Customs officials are able to make release decisions in
advance of the arrival of the goods.

Computerized Reporting
All your shipments are processed through our computerized
shipping software to allow tracking and tracing of your
shipments. Your shipping reports may be broken down by date,
shipper, consignee, or third party billing.

EDI Track and
Trace Applications
Shippers want more control and more information. Today,
technologies can provide for both.
You may register to be a user of our EDI network. With the
addition of bar-code scanning technology at our major
stations, you can obtain status details of your shipments.
This will allow you to locate your shipments from your door
to your customers’ door. With Airex’s On-Line
Tracking System you can track shipments at your
convenience.
